You answer a short set of questions about where you are and what you want to change. Based on the answers, we match you with a coach and build your starting plan. From there, you can chat with your mentor anytime for support, or book private 1:1 sessions with an ICF-certified coach when you want deeper guidance.

Every coach goes through a vetting process before they work with members, and sessions follow a structured, confidential format with a personalized next step after each call.
Therapy mostly works backward: understanding how you got here, healing wounds, diagnosing patterns. Coaching mostly works forward: what do you want to change, and what's the next step. They aren't opposed — many people do both — but if you know what you want and you're ready to act on it, coaching tends to move faster.
Most members notice a shift fast — feeling clearer about goals, more energized, more emotionally stable, more confident in decisions, and less overwhelmed by everyday challenges. The deeper changes — the patterns you've been stuck in for years — take longer, usually a few months of consistent work. We don't oversell it: real change takes practice. But the early signals show up early.
Each 1:1 session is 30 minutes by default. Longer formats are available depending on your coach and what you're working on. Mentor chat is unlimited within your plan — for quick check-ins, moment-of-need support, or processing something while it's fresh.
Only you and your mentor or coach can see your chats and session content. Nothing is shared outside the platform. Mentors work under confidentiality agreements, with narrow exceptions required by law.
