AddMile AI Usage Policy

This AddMile AI Usage Policy (the "AI Usage Policy") applies to our AI-powered features offered within our Services (the "AddMile AI"), including, without limitation, the AI Mentor Chat. Before you start interacting with our AI-powered features, please carefully review this AI Usage Policy, which is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to modify this AI Usage Policy at our discretion from time to time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By accessing or using any of our AI-powered features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this AI Usage Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS AI USAGE POLICY, OR IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE OR AUTHORIZED TO BE BOUND BY THIS AI USAGE POLICY, THEN DO NOT INTERACT WITH ADDMILE AI.

We rely on third-party service providers to enable AddMile AI. Please note that certain features may not be available on your device due to technical requirements or limitations related to local processing or compatibility.

Your Use of AddMile AI

Our AI-powered features are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, completeness, reliability, suitability, availability, or performance of these features or any resulting output, nor do we guarantee your satisfaction with the relevant feature.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for how you use the AI-generated outputs.
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. You should use them with caution and apply your own judgment and critical thinking.
• AddMile AI may not cover every possible scenario or question. Its capabilities focus on our Services, and you are encouraged to utilize AddMile AI within the scope of its intended purposes.
• We are not liable for any impact these features may have on your personal or professional life, including decisions, outcomes, or emotional responses resulting from your use of the AI-generated outputs.
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit to AddMile AI and how you use the outputs. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the AI-powered features will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, our Terms and Conditions of Use, and any other applicable AddMile's agreements and policies, third party's policies as may be applicable, and will not infringe upon, violate, or misappropriate any of AddMile's rights or the rights of any third party.

Accuracy, Biases, and Hallucinations

AI models are complex and constantly evolving. AddMile AI is developed to provide information based on its most up-to-date knowledge. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, users should be aware that AddMile AI may not always reflect the most current developments, news, or changes. Users are encouraged to verify critical information from reliable sources independently. You are responsible for validating information obtained through AddMile AI, understanding its limitations, and using its judgments accordingly.

You should be aware that:

• AI models can sometimes generate information that is plausible but incorrect or nonsensical ("hallucinations").
• AI models are trained on vast datasets, which may reflect societal biases present in the training data. Therefore, outputs may be biased or unfair.
• The information provided by AI may not always be up-to-date, complete, or entirely accurate. It should not be considered a substitute for verified facts or professional advice.

Specific Rules for AI Mentor Chat

Not a Substitute for Professional Advice. The AI Mentor is designed to provide guidance and support based on general patterns and trends. It is not provided by a licensed professional and should not be considered a substitute or replacement for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other expert advice.

Accuracy and Limitations. While we strive to make the AI Mentor Chat as accurate and helpful as possible, responses are automatically generated and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. AddMile does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of AI Mentor responses.

Sensitive Information. You are strongly advised not to share any sensitive personal data (such as information about health, including physical or mental health, emotional distress, mental or psychological suffering, financial details, etc) in AI Mentor Chat.

No Liability for Outcomes. AddMile is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on AI Mentor responses. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any AI-generated content or advice before relying on it or taking any action, and seek professional advice when necessary.

Purpose of Data Processing. AI Mentor Chat content can be analyzed to improve AI performance, accuracy, helpfulness, and enhance user experience. This processing is limited to chat scripts and does not involve combining the content with identifying information from your account, such as your name, age, or sex. We may also analyze the automatically collected information about your interaction with the AI-chat (e.g., frequency of use, feature engagement). This data helps us understand how our features are used, improve their performance, and enhance your overall experience.

No Training: We utilize OpenAI's models via API to power our AI Mentor Chat. OpenAI has committed that the data you input and the outputs you receive will not be used to train their models. Your conversations are processed to generate responses but are not retained or used by OpenAI for model improvement.

Prohibited Use

AddMile reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the suspension or termination of AddMile AI access, in response to any violation of this AI Usage Policy. We don't allow the use of AddMile AI for the following:

• Illegal activity.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material or any content that exploits or harms children.
• Generation of hateful, harassing, or violent content, including but not limited to promoting hate based on identity; harassing, threatening, or bullying individuals; glorifying or encouraging violence, suffering, or humiliation.
• Malware generation, including code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a system.
• Activity that has a high risk of physical harm, including weapons development; military or warfare use; managing critical infrastructure (energy, transport, water); promoting or depicting self-harm (e.g., suicide, cutting, eating disorders).
• Activity that has a high risk of economic harm, including multi-level marketing, gambling, payday lending, automated determinations of eligibility for credit, employment, educational institutions, or public assistance services.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity, including scams, plagiarism, academic dishonesty, disinformation, spam, fake reviews, astroturfing, pseudo-pharmaceuticals.
• Adult content, adult industries, and dating apps, including sexually explicit material or services, erotic chat, pornography, content that promotes sexual services (excluding sex education and wellness).
• Political campaigning or lobbying, including mass or targeted campaign materials, political chatbots or advocacy tools.
• Processing of third parties' personal data.
• Activity that violates people's privacy, including tracking or monitoring an individual without their consent; facial recognition of private individuals; classifying individuals based on protected characteristics; using biometrics for identification or assessment; unlawful collection or disclosure of personal identifiable information or educational, financial, or other protected records.
• Providing legal advice or practicing law without a qualified review. AddMile AI is not a substitute for legal advice.
• Offering tailored financial advice without a qualified review. AddMile AI is not designed to provide financial advice.
• Medical claims or advice, including providing diagnosis, treatment, or triage for health conditions. AddMile AI is not intended to provide medical advice or information. You should never use AddMile AI to provide diagnostic or treatment services for any medical conditions.
• High-risk government decision-making, including law enforcement and criminal justice, migration, and asylum.

WE DO NOT OFFER OR PROVIDE ANY KIND OF MEDICAL ADVICE OR OTHER HEALTHCARE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY TESTING, DIAGNOSIS, OR EVALUATION RELATED TO MENTAL HEALTH. Privacy and Security

When interacting with AddMile AI, you shall not share personal information, including but not limited to personal data, passwords, financial details, or confidential information. AddMile AI is not designed to handle or store such information. If you encounter any communication that appears to be seeking such information, please report it immediately to support@myaddmile.com. Conversations with AddMile AI may be logged and or stored beyond the current session.

Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their devices and accounts. AddMile is not liable for any unauthorized access or security breaches that may result from the user's failure to maintain the security of their personal information.

Limitation of Liability

AddMile makes no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on AddMile AI. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AddMile, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use AddMile AI. We assume no responsibility for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other deficiencies in AddMile AI's responses. Users expressly agree that their use of AddMile AI is at their sole risk. We do not warrant that AddMile AI will meet user requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, AddMile's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim any liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided by AddMile AI. Users are responsible for independently verifying critical information and making decisions based on their judgment.
