Subscription Terms

How AddMile subscriptions, trials, billing, and cancellations work — in plain English.

These Subscription Terms summarize how AddMile subscriptions, free trials, billing, and cancellations work. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Free trial

We may offer a free or paid trial subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for the chosen subscription period.

2. Subscription

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — weekly, monthly, every three months, yearly, or otherwise — depending on the option you selected at purchase, until you cancel.

3. Payment method

Payment is charged to the payment method you submitted at the time of purchase, on confirmation of purchase. You authorize us (and the App Stores, where applicable) to charge the subscription fees to that payment method.

4. Cancellation

Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal — you will still have access to subscription features for the remainder of your current period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

App Store

Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current subscription period.

Google Play

Manage subscriptions through your Google Play account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your account settings at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current subscription period.

Website purchases

You can cancel the trial or subscription by emailing support@myaddmile.com or by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in the subscription management section of your account.

5. Changes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. Notice will be provided through the app, on the website, or by email. If you do not agree with a fee change, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

6. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased your subscription. App Store and Google Play users should request refunds directly through those platforms. Website customers should consult our Terms of Use.

By using our Services, purchasing subscriptions via the App Stores, and submitting refund requests through those platforms, you expressly consent to the sharing of the necessary account and usage data with the relevant App Store for fair processing of your refund.
